BET #BlackCanvas Mural

For BET’s #BlackCanvas campaign—a platform celebrating Black creative expression—I led the artist curation and creative direction of a mural that honored the power of storytelling and Black vision.

I selected and collaborated with Mz. Icar, an anonymous Philadelphia-based art collective led by Black women, whose work centers Women, Global Blackness, and Play. Their concept, "Since Day", aligned with BET’s theme Where Black Culture Lives, and was brought to life in partnership with our painting team.

Set in historic Germantown, the mural served as both a bold artistic statement and a community celebration of Black creativity.
